Ableton Scrolling for grand VJ

I have downloaded the demo of 1.6.5 to test out the new VST.
Is it just more of if I use a midi controller to scroll down in session view the clips fired in GVJ do not scroll as well.
That leaves me with a grid of 4x8 on my controller. I thought Arkaos connect would read fired clips based on their position not based on the midi note of the controller.
Am I missing something?
