How long before we get screenwarping????????

Postby nick c » Wed Mar 18, 2009 11:11 am

i am hopeing that anyone in the know (mediators), might know how long it will be before screenwarping and better edgeblending is going to be included in arkaos products?

i remember ticking the box in the poll, stateing that it was important to me.

i have just started testing the sol7 demo, on my systems, and the results i am getting so far for the screen warping and blending are awesome. so far i have noticed no latencey caused by useing sol7.

This week i intend to test all meathods of screenwarping and edgeblending for arkaos, testing matrox triple digital and second graphics card meathods, useing arkaos to do the edgeblends on both arkaos 3,6,5DMX and media master as well as useing sol7 with the two products.

i will also test the 100 pixel and the 12.5% overlay meathods. i will post my results after the weekend, in the mean time if anyone has any sugestions, please feel free to contact me.

cheers

Sol7 sounds very handy. Are you using with Arkaos? and How much does it slow do the system?

Nick-
Did you get to do this testing?
What were the various results?

What do you think about price versus performance?
Seems a little steep to me...
