Controller not connected

Controller not connected

Hi, I have the Nuvj Software and also de Nuvj Controller connected to my laptop acording with the manual but when I load the Nuvj software I get the message: "Controller not Connected". I see en preferences menu that the controller is off line. I have windows 7. Could somebody help me? thanks a lot. :help:
