duplicate a bank from a project to another

sorry for my english, I'm french

I use Grand VJ 2.1.4.
In the notice, it is written that it's possible to duplicate a bank but I don't know how to do.

First, I can't open 2 project at the same time.
Second, The context menu does NOT provides the usual copy/cut/paste operations when I click on a bank
(on a cell, ok, I can copy, paste...)

If someone could help me, I'll be gratefull.
